Datuk SY Gan was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2002. Datuk SY Gan is a Managing Director of VS Industry Berhad, he joined the group in 1982 and played the key role in setting up the plastic finishing and electronic assemblies division. He was promoted to General Manager and appointed as an Executive Director of the Company on 27 February 1988. Datuk SY Gan was instrumental in the business integration and expansion of the Group since 1990.

Dato TS Gan is an Executive Director of VS Industry Berhad since February 1988, he joined VS Industry Berhad in 1982 as a Management Trainee, was promoted to Marketing Manager in 1986, He is responsible for the overall marketing function of the Group.

Mohamad Yusof was appointed President Director of the Board of Directors in August 2008, previously Mr. Mohamad is a Vice President Director of PT. VS Technology Indonesia from May 2002 – August 2008, Mr. Mohamad formerly is an Executive Director of VS industry Berhad since 2000 to 2006 prior to assuming his position at that time, he is also sits on the board of various subsidiary companies of VS Industry Berhad. Mr. Mohamad joined VS Industry Berhad in 1991 as a Production Executive, was promoted to Factory Manager in 1995, and prior to joining VS Industry Berhad, Mr. Mohamad was a Production Executive at Suntax Industries Pte. Ltd. Singapore in 1989, previously he is a Technician at Raham Cony Electronics Sdn Bhd in 1985 and gathered experienced in the production of car stereo, walkman, and video tape.
